I called Dr. Felt in a moment of desperation, really needing help because of an abcsessed tooth which needed extraction immediately (for those of you who don't know, abscessed teeth are life threatening when not addressed). He was abbrassive and rude, and I felt personally attacked. I had been referred to him by one of his patients and he claimed not to know the person who had referred me, while being very insulting to me. I would avoid this dentist at all costs, he has no sympathy or tact. Don't go into the medical profession if you can't help people when they really need it.

I know Dr. Felt for over 10 years as a patient and now as a friend. I can say with absolute confidence that he represents a unique combination of a practitioner who combines highest quality of dental care with kind, loving attitude towards his patients. He truly treats you as if you were part of his family!
