I thought I found a convenient & affordable dentist in my area, wasn't I wrong. I had no job, $20 to my name & an unbearable pain in my mouth. I needed a root canal but could only afford an extraction which was quoted to be $12. The Secretarys were out for the day and the doctor was handling the office on his own. I called for information on my decision to extract & was told that he would check with my insurance to ensure all procedures would be covered before having me in knowing my financial situation. He called me back & told me everything was covered, it was still going to be the quoted amount & that he was open for the next hour. Months after the procedure, almost a year. I received a bill due to the procedure not being covered by my insurance as I was first informed would be. I called the insurance & they had no record of anyone calling or they would have gladly notified them of anything. Now I'm stuck with a bill I'm unable to pay due to the doctors negligence. I would have & did recommend them before but after this event, I no longer feel the same. They tried to collect on a procedure I paid for prior to this & luckily had my receipts, thought it was an honest mistake & let it go but now I see that wasn't the case at all.

The whole time I was in the chair getting my teeth cleaned I could hear Dr. Larsen talking about how he hates Medicaid patients. I am not on Medicaid but hearing the way he spoke about his patients really turned me off. He also lacks bedside manor. He is a great dentist, but not a great person

I was supersized at how painless my procedure at Dr. Larsen's office was. I had a cavity filled in under 30 minutes. Dr. Larsen is obviously an expert in the craft of dentistry and takes care of his patients. I would highly recommend him as a dentist!

I have never been more embarrassed or felt worse after leavingthe dentist. I go to the dentist to get the problems in my mouth fixed not hear about how horrible it is, and hire I need to save moneyto go to a dentist that my insurance doesn't cover not options on how he couid help me.oh and I will have no teeth left by the time I am 30. The whole time he was working on my mouth he was too worried about his next appointment that started 10 min later. I felt like I was some huge burdon because my procedure took a little longer then expected. I am also 16 weeks pregnant, when I asked about the prescriptions he gave me he told me to talk to the pharmacist he needed to get to his next appointment. thank you for making my fear and anxiety that much worse when I go to the dentist.

I have had one dental implant, one veneer, many crowns and other dental work by Dr. Larsen. He is honest and very knowledgeable in his practice. He explains all treatment options with clarity and really spends time with me. I always feel like I am treated fairly and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Larsen for the quality and workmanship he produces. I have a brilliant smile because of him!
About Hygienist: I love Kammy!! She is very personable and gentle. It's always fun to go and see her every 6 months!

Dr. Larsen was very professional and quite helpful. I am a father of three young, rowdy boys and Dr. Larsen and his staff made going to the dentist less of a hassel and surprisingly easy. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone with kids!

I had work done today and have never been treated the way I was, anywhere. First his receptionist told me different tgan him and when I asked for payment arrangements he snapped at me and told me that he was not a credit union and he.couldn't help me. The man before me got arrangements made in a snap
Buy not me, he was so rude and unpleasant
He did 3 fillings and I'm in terrible pain I would not recommend him to a dog. The only recommendation he will get will be from my attorney.

Recommended to us by neighbors. He was close and convenient. Now he is about 20 minutes away but worth following to new location. He always explains exactly what he is doing and the expected outcome. I appreciate that he includes me in my dental health decisions and doesn't just have an "I know best" attitude.
His former receptionist was a bit "hoity toity" but the new one has been very helpful and not at all overbearing.
About Hygienist: Didn't get her name but she was friendly and thorough. And fairly gentle. She also was willing to explain what she was doing and give me direct information about my dental health -- not just note it on some chart I will probably never see. There has been quite a turn over in this office but I have had no complaints about any of the hygienists that have worked on me.
