He is awesome. I recommend him whenever someone asks my opinion on my dentist.
My children are both special needs, and he puts them at ease. His waiting room looks like a family room, and the entire practice has that feel to it.
About Front Desk: Helped me with the forms I needed for my flex spending account. I wasn't even thinking about it at the time.

Was highly recommended by family members to come here. Had a cleaning done on first visit. Came back on second visit for a small cavity to be taken care of. Was in constant pain for over 8 weeks. Dr. John Miller said it could take up to 6 weeks for the pain to go away. Since the 6 weeks had come and gone, decided to go see a different dentist.
The dentist said it was the worst filling that he has ever seen in the 20 years he has been in business. Had the new dentist redo the filling and is now better.
I called to cancel my appointment for a cleaning in six months and explained the situation to the receptionist and she said that I could have come back and had it done for free. But if Dr. John Miller didn't do the filling correctly the first time, what makes me think he is going to do it right the second time. POOR SERVICE.
*****WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING TO THIS OFFICE BECAUSE I DIDN'T AND SUFFERED GREATLY FROM IT.*****
Also, his assistants that do cleanings have done horrible jobs. In a profession like this, you need to have professional people if you are to want a positive rating. First visit was good but who would have thought the follow up visits would have been so terrible.

A friend of mine had such natural looking crowns, I had to know who his dentist was. He spoke very highly of Dr. Miller and so far I agree. He knows what he's doing and obviously takes pride in doing his job well. The office is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The only problem I've ever run into is billing issues that stem from me being the insurance carrier and my husband being listed as "head of household". Is it weird that I look forward to leaving work to get my teeth cleaned? I'm also excited to see what he can do when I have my crowns replaced after my braces come off next year.
About Hygienist: All of them are gentle and friendly. Some are more exceptional than others obviously, but I haven't met one I wasn't happy with.

We have a 6 yr old son and Dr. Miller had to drain a front tooth and then a week later he had to pull it. Carson still loves going to the dentist and naturally the token at the end and picking a toy is the highlight!
When I have seen Dr. Miller in a social setting he has always made sure he says hi and takes time to chat.
Our family really appreciates him and his staff, thank you so much.
