Over all my child had a great experience. Dr. Tran (associate dentist) was very nice and explained all the procedures, x-rays and treatment. My only complaint was that they are very expensive.

I went to Dr. Dougherty when I lived in Alexandria. He was very easy-going and I thought that his staff was pleasant. His prices seemed fair and he was very gentle.

After having some bad experiences with other dentists in the area, I am very happy to have found Dr. Dougherty.
He took the time to discuss treatment options (including the cost ramifications of each, in detail), performed the work quickly and professionally (and painlessly, in my case). His demeaner inspires confidence and tust. All the support staff seem genuinely happy to be working there and were very helpful and kind. The cost was reasonable (I don't have insurance, so cost is an issue) and I did not get nickeled and dimed for all the little extras. The clinic is clean and comfortable, but not flashy.
I have found my dentist and will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Dougherty was so great w/ helping me get my teeth back into shape! We replaced all my silver fillings and we're now working on my gums and staying on a regular schedule. Staff is topnotch also.
