I love Old Town Smiles. If I could give it a higher rating I would. The staff is incredibly friendly. It's the only doctor I have never waited for an appointment. If you are scheduled for a 3 o'clock appointment, you will be seen at 3. I used to be terrified if the dentist. So much so that I didn't go for 20 years. They made it do easy. There was no looking down at me. Their only concern was getting my teeth healthy, which they have done. I have not had one cavity since I started with them almost give years ago. They have all the newest equipment to help make your experience as pain free as possible. Their attention to detail is excellent. They send you reminder post cards and texts, so you don't forget your appointment. If you need a dentist I highly recommend calling.

About Front Desk: Stephanie is the best. She is so sweet and friendly. She is so helpful in getting you financing if you need it. it's always a pleasure to see her.

I received information in the mail for a free evaluation and made an early appointment (7:00AM). I was amazed at the attention to detail, the level of professionalism, and the overall facility. I was even given a tour of the facility, and introduced to --everyone-- in the office. The entire consultation was about 90 minutes and included close up pictures, about 10 x-rays using the most advanced technology. I don't have major problems cosmetically, but we all agreed that certain procedures -- straightening, smoothing, filling-- would improve my smile in a major way. The x-rays revealed some moderate to major decay below the surface of two crowns that needed to be resolved before any cosmetic work could be done. My regular dentist either didn't bother to detect these problems, or perhaps it was the "low tech" equipment used by my regular dentist. Bottom line, had I not seen Dr. Kitchen, my problems would have gotten worse. So, as a result I am taking care of these problems and I look forward to their completion. At that time, I will return to Dr. Kitchen and proceed with the cosmetic work that Dr. Kitchen has recommended.

Let me start by saying I had several poor experiences with area dentists and so was really skittish about starting another search. This of course resulted in putting off things that needed to be done and increased my fear etc etc.. Well finally (by grace? luck?) I came across Old Town Smiles, went in for a consultation, and right away I felt it was going to be a great fit. Dr. Kitchen and her staff - Stephanie, Nahomi, Monique - really treat me like I am their sister and my care and comfort are their absolute priority. I was so nervous about all the work I needed to have done and Dr. Kitchen was so kind in explaining the sedation techniques and finding a plan that was right for me. This place makes you feel like you are their only patient. I cant recommend them highly enough. I saw someone refer to them as the Nordstrom of dental practice and its really appropriate. Re: sedation dentistry, if you're like me and youre wondering about some options to make this less traumatic talk to Dr. Kitchen - She combines this level of professionalism with compassion that is really outstanding and actually listens to your concerns and cares how you feel.

About Front Desk: Amazing. We worked closest with Stephanie who is so amazingly helpful and worked us through all our insurance issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel like a priority and a friend. This place is just a class act.

About Hygienist: Monique and Nahomi have both been complete darlings - Nahomi assisted Dr. Kitchen and helped me feel relaxed and cared for. Monique was so kind about my sensitivities and really went the extra mile to make things easier.

Kim has a wonderful, pleasant personality. Her dental care is extremely thorough. I have been a patient for 13 years and can't imagine seeing any other dentist.

Dr. Kitchen and team are great. They make you feel very comfortable and do a great job. The only thing is there are a lot of treatments that you can get, so be careful on how many you choose because it can add up cost wise. Other than that they do an amazing job!!

Dr. Harris performed 8 Veneers on me. I really didn't like my smile at one time and now all I do is smile. I went back to see Dr. Harris for an implant. Dr. Harris placed the implant at 9am, and at 9:45 I was back at my office and have not experienced any pain from the procedure.

Very professional service from all the staff. Dr. Kitchen has all the latest high tech gadgets allowing her to see into the future (old fillings needing to be repaired, bad bite that can cause problems). She doesn't participate in any dental plans, though she does take insurance. Her costs go along with the service and excellence: quite high.
