Dr. Shannon is very professional and provides great service each time I visit. She is helpful in educating me on options for my services, including costs, longevity of the treatment, and what to expect during the process. The hygienists and receptionist are very friendly, and always schedule my appointments accordingly and great me, with almost no wait during my visits.

I visit her for my 6 month cleaning. she reassured me that I did not need braces! she is calm and confident in her abiliites. the facility is very thorough, efficient and friendly.

I receive routine teeth cleaning and care from Dr. Shannon for over a year now. SHe has also performed one filling for me. Dr. Shannon has the most pleasant chair-side manner of any dentist I have been to. She is also always checking in with me to ensure I am comfortable. Her staff also goes out of the way to answer questions concerning what is covered by my insurance prior to scheduling the procedure. Overall, the best dentists office I have been to!
