I have had many procedures done with this dentist. He is the best I have ever used. Competent, understanding and very proffessional

Dr. Waxler retired and his replacment seems real good but the front desk is the worst. Rude and Short on the phone. Avoid her and go right to the dentist.

Dr. Waxler is certainly one of the best dentists I have ever been to. His sincerity, timeliness, and personality has kept me coming back for the last 5 years. Plus his staff is very friendly. They always call a couple days before every appointment and have been great during my various insurance changes. Plus my 9 year old son looks forward to going!
The only things that I don't like is that the facilities seem stuck in the 80's. Not the equipment but everything else. AND he just retired and another dentist has taken over his practice. I haven't been since the change so I can't rate the new guy.
(I have no idea what it costs... my insurance always covered it and he's the only dentist in the DC area that I have gone to but I have been to many others outside of DC)

The customer service deteriorates everytime I visit the office inefficient appt. handling.

Dr. Waxler is the best dentist in Northern Virginia. It's a shame that he has retired because there will never be another one quite like him.

Overall excellent and tentitive technicians whom are friendly. An awesome recommendation. The receptionist can lighten up some.

I've been using Dr. Waxler's services for a couple of years and am very pleased with his work. I've had everything from a regular checkup to a gum infection to a crown and dental implant that he helped coordinate with a nearby dental surgeon. I highly recommend him.
