Dr. Gupta did a wonderful job getting my son's braces done. He was scared to get braces at first but she was able to give him Invisalign so the other kids at his school won't know he even got braces. She was very friendly and courteous and works swiftly. I couldn't be more happy with a dentist.

I found Dr. Gupta to be competent but very expensive. I went for initial exam/cleaning and was astonished to be told the charge would be nearly 700.00. There was never any prior communication as to the cost for cleaning/x-rays. The previous dentist that occupied her office would have been about 200-300 and just as competent.
I found the entire experience akin to price gouging. I cannot help but feel taken advantage of and and the doctor arrogant. I will not return.

I am very dissapointed in Dr. Gupta. I went to her for a cleaning and instead was told I needed over $500 in dental hygiene. This was completely a lie and I went to another dr to have my teeth cared for. After telling me they would have to do all of these expensive procedures (which were unneeded) she didn't even do a cleaning!! The whole reason I went was for a 6 month cleaning and she didn't do it. I take very good care of my teeth and haven't had even a cavity for over 12 years. For her to tell me that I need to spend all this money and not even do the procedure she is supposed to is completely awful in my mind. It was a complete waste of time.
On top of this I felt like there was no interest in the patients or what is best for them. The office is covered in plaques of awards they have earned, however nothing in that office made me think they deserved one. I quickly changed dentists and refuse to ever step foot in that office again. In addition, I have suggested that all other people in my office who share my dental plan should choose a different doctor, and I suggest you do the same!
