I have four children and my youngest son, who is 7 years old "needed," according to Dr. Roca a root canal and two crowns!! We had the procedure done and BOTH crowns fell off within a week. We went back to Dr. Roca and she reprimanded me for being neglectful! She told my son he needed to "cooperate" because she was coming in on her day off to see him. When I told her I was going to seek the advice of a new dentist before having the crowns repaired, she told my son, "your mommy doesn't like me or think I am a good dentist...have a nice life." I was horrified and honestly think she is unstable. We have since filed a complaint with the American Dental Association and just wanted to share our experience.

Dr. Roca is very thorough, takes aas much time as needed to treat patient and answer questions. She is extrememly good with children and making them feel comfortable and not afraid of dental treatment. Her office is very clean, organized, and pleasant to visit and the staff is friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Roca to anyone.

I started with Dr. Roca when you started her dental practice 15 years ago. She recently placed 8 anterior Lumineers. I love them. I wish she did them 15 years ago but I could not afford any luxury dental work at that point in my life. What a change in my smile. I owe it all to her. Thank you Dr Roca

Dr. Roca is excellent. She attends very frequently seminars to keep up with the latest techniques, is very thorough, clear in her explanations of the procedures, and cares for her patients. She specializes in children dentistry as well. I have seen her in action with 3 and 4 year olds, and they loved Lupita Roca. My three children are treated by Dr. Roca, and they truly like to go to the dentist! Dr. Roca's parents came from Cuba, so her office is bilingual, and Dr. Roca is fluent in both English and Spanish. Regarding the financial aspect, she will always explain what needs to be done, the different options, and gives payment alternatives. Her office works with many insurance companies, and they file the necessary paperwork for the patient. The overall environment of Dr. Roca's office is just a pleasure to experience.
