Very good work, probably the best I have been to. Excellent skills with crowns. Very thorough doing checkups, saw potential problems before they arose.
About Hygienist: I left this dentist because of his hygienists. He had the two most hateful hygienists who seemed to run the office not Dr. Olenyn. I had been a patient over 30 years and was very satisified with his work but I would not tolerate his staff.

My family has been going to Dr. Olenyn for 23 years and had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Olenyn is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Appointments are always kept on schedule and the staff is always accomodating.

Dr. Olenyn truly cares about his patients. If y ou are a timid patient he will do everything in his power to make you feel at ease and make sure your dental experience is a good one. I only hope he never retires and can take care of my family's dental needs forever. I am not sure how to answer the cost question because I have dental insurance. I am sure that his prices are fair and in line with the area because that is the kind of person he is.

I've been his patient since 1979, when I arrived in Northern Virginia. He's done everything from filling cavities to replacing a bridge to installing a new crown. He is outstanding!

Dr. Olenyn has treated my 2 children, my husband and me for more than 20 years. We have presented him with just about every challenge a dentist can have -- he has always exceeded our expectations. His crown & cavity work (I had work on a front tooth) is superb & he is fantastic with children. His exams are gentle, careful & thorough including your teeth, gums, tongue & mouth. In an emergency (broken teeth, lost filings, even a tooth knocked loose or out by a child, etc.) he will always fit you in & has even seen us on evenings & weekends if necessary.
His office always has the latest technologies available. Dr. Olenyn is consisgently concerned that you're not stressed or in pain -- this is simply his personal philosophy. His staff is extremely efficient, friendly and caring. He is gifted in educating young & old alike. Reminders are sometines necessary and always positive and helpful. They set up your next exam for 6 months & send out reminders! If you need a specialist he is good about explaining why & his recommendations are excellent.
The office will file the proper forms with your insurance company and then bill you for the difference. This man rates my entire family's highest recommendation
