Dr. Certa fitted my very elderly mother for new dentures. At the time, my mother was a retirement home resident diagnosed with dementia, and suffering hearing loss--not the easiest patient to work with. The procedure could not have gone smoother. Dr. Certa was one of the kindest, most patient medical practitioners I have ever met. Her staff was very understanding and helpful.
