Dr. Jelinek is a good dentist, but he is a poor communicator. He really doesn't explain what he is doing or why.
About Hygienist: I have seen a different hygenist everytime I have been there, but I was very impressed with the hygenist I saw most recently. She really took the time to talk and explain everything to me.

The treatment itself is nothing special. Neither especially good nor bad. The facility seems clean.
The office workers are really kind and courteous. The hygienists are very friendly, down to earth, capable and careful. That's what attracted us.
The dentist himself has no desire to establish any connection with his patients. He acts as if he is above anyone else in the room. Some may call it charisma, I call it arrogance. I did not feel at ease at all. He establishes his ultimate authority. Very hard to say "no".
When he checked my teeth, he was going through a list, and one of the items was "cancer". The seconds between his words "checking cancer" and "negative" seemed like minutes to me. First time a dentist tried to scare me.
Be sure to ask the cost and insurance coverage of everything. I mean everything. Telling that you do not wish any operation performed that is not covered by the insurance beforehand doesn't stop him do and bill you for unnecessary and sometimes painful operations.
It is hard to say "no" when you're sitting in a dentists chair.
Get a second opinion before starting anything. Ask for time to think and do not believe the urgency. He is more of a businessman than a caring doctor.

Dr. Jelinek is pretty good. The facilities are clean and nice, and wait time is very short. He does not always explain what he is doing or gives options. Seems expensive.

Excellent facility, but I feel on several occasions that he had too many patients and he is the only dentist in the office. I felt this affected the quality of his work.

Good dentist. The only thing is he seems quite expensive. I think one is paying for a lot of personalized treatment.(he has several aids) and a very nice office.
