Kind, friendly manner. Takes time to explain what he wants to do, and what he is doing. Never pushy. I've always received excellent work and have been very satisfied with the results.

About Hygienist: Rita is excellent. She is friendly, calm and thorough. You are never rushed and she always makes you feel at ease. I always come away with my teeth looking and feeling very clean.

Dr. Kertscher is the BEST! Have been going to him since 1969. Joy -- you are the best too, as is Rita.
