First off, allow me to state that Dr. Sibley is a very competent dentist...I had no issue with his dental skills. His main failing is a soft condescension that frankly wears on you after a couple visits. If he wasn't so arrogant, I'd absolutely still go to him.
About Front Desk: Sometimes can come across as off-putting, but by and large, I found them to be fine.

I had a root canal and a crown done here a few years ago. Dr. Sibley was very thorough, poked around many different times in the tooth to make sure everything was as should be, and I felt that he really took the time to do it right. Crown fit the first time I went in. Haven't had any trouble since.

Dr. Sibley Very inpatient, rude, and not welling to give the time and explain what needs to be done.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Dr. Sibley did work that was unecessary and unauthroized by me. After the procedure was already started (and couldn't be stopped), I was then told what work he ws doing . Then to compound the issue, there were complications with the work causing me severe pain. I was repeatedly turned away from the office and told I was "imagining the pain". I was charged a substantial amount of money for these unecessary procedures and then had to pay a new dentist to fix the substandard work of Dr. Sibley. I would never recommend anyone to have work completed at this facility.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sibely's for 7 years and have always been extremely pleased with the treatment and service. Natasha is the best dental hygientist I've ever had. I've had a few fillings and a crown in the past few years and Dr. Sibley has made sure the procedures were pain free and fast. Irma at the front desk is a real pleasure to work with. I've also had my teeth whitened and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Sibley and his entire staff.

The office manager was possible the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Getting any information from her was like pulling teeth. It was lierally impossible to get any information. It was than communicated that they did not want my business. It sounds like business is so good they do not need any aditional business, so I recommend that all potentially new, and all current client that feel as though the service is not up to par find a different dentist office!

Dr. Sibley has been my dentist for over 15 years. During that time I have needed a few crowns. He and his staff are top notch.
