The corner of my front tooth was chipped. I was expecting a refill or half crown. He said no those are not long lasting options.
He ground down my healthy tooth, added a crown that was/is larger than my normal, I asked for porcelain he used the one with metal in it. Since the crown was big, (even after the second time rebuild!) I asked him to grind it to be a bit thinner as it was hitting my lower tooth. Now the metal is out. I never had a comfortable bite. When I went back to him asking for a re-fund he said come and I fix it. The whole back and forth took 1 year, I wasn't living in the area anymore and couldn't afford to waste time again on his stupidness. Why should I trust him again. Later, consulting with other Drs I asked him to send me the first original X-ray, so I could prove how small was the chipping. His office stated that they could't find the first X-ray, and they sent me the latest one, after I went to complain that the crown was uncomfortable.
His facility and equipment is as old as disgusting as his service!!!! This happened in 2012, I will curse him for the rest of my life. To fix the tooth I have to pay +$2000 (with insurance) as I have to cover both front teeth to look the same! He took away my smile!

About Hygienist: They noticed my gums bleeding and recommended me to have a blood test!!!! Something should be wrong! Next doctor detected the gum decease and healed the issue by deep cleaning and continues monitoring the gum!!!

Office looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1960's. The staff is friendly and was very accommodating. Only had two visits and little work done so too soon to tell.

I visited the doctor because of a filling that came out due to a cracked tooth. He would not help me because he leaves everyday at 4. Even though I had an appointment set at 3:30, he still left and told me to re-schedule.
