Dr. Lanzaro and his Staff hands down is one of the best in this area. I have felt so comfortable once i fell asleep in the chair, :) Thumbs up. Keith

We are new to the area and were looking for a new family DDS. Wonderful dentist, hygenist, and support staff. I had previously been in the dental field for 11 years and this office is honest and comfortable, and does not make you feel rushed or pushed. They have gained a new family in Fairfax Station! We also found a fantastic orthodontist in Springfield; Dr. David Hughes if anyone needs one.

The best dentist I have ever had. He is thorough yet not trying to push treatments that aren't absolutely necessary. I highly recomment him and his staff. Very pleasant personalities.

Awesome practice. Everyone is concerned with patients and their comfort and health. They are a little over the UCR charges, but very reasonable overall. He is quite good and skilled. He is conservative on treatments - he won't keep telling you that you need treatments you don't need! Great service, great value, great people. As good as you can get.

I have never had any problems with the procedures, the staff or the billing. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly, knowledgable and supportive. I have been going to this office for at least 4 years now and I have made several recommendations to family and friends.

An outstanding professional! Courteous, precise, and very methodical. Facilities are very ergonomic and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and well trained. The office is operated very efficiently.
