Dr. Watkins is out of this world. When you first meet him, his Aura is that of man of integrity, trust, honesty, leader, accountability, dependability, mentoring and more. I felt as if I've known him forever and this was my first visit to his office EVER!! I am never leaving unless I move out of state. I really enjoyed the fact he was truly concerned about future preventive care and not just getting me in and out (although I was in and out). I did my research on this office prior to going and arriving and seeing that Dr. W has served in the USN and put up his freedom and life to protect mine, of course its a no brainer to trust him with this smile. I know this was no mistake I found this office and was lead here. Its the small things that make the big impact in life and knowing I won't have to worry about my smile is one less thing for me to focus on.
About Front Desk: Amazing. They had all my information ready at check in and check out. When I made my appointment over the phone, I did not have my Delta Dental card due to new insurance. They proactively called my insurance to verify everything in advance, oppose me some dentist I've been to who make you call yourself.

Dr. Watkins has a very gentle approach. He isnt judgmental and has great bedside manner. He is highly skilled and is able to ease your fears. I am very much scared of needles and dentists and he has not failed me yet. He is a wonderful dentist.

Dr Watkins is a very personable fellow whose office visits are very much non-painful (very important in my book). He is pretty good skill-wise, makes you very comfortable and has good conversation. I feel very much at home there and, as a matter of fact, I'm about to make an appointment right now. And I live in Chesapeake. How's that for a recommendation? :-)
