General dental hygiene and regular check ups and appliance to keep from grinding teeth at night. Excellent, caring doctor with exceptional care and effort. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
Only drawback is 2nd floor location with stairs that may be a problem for some.

Dr. Krochmal cares about his patients. If you are looking for a reliable dentist, I highly recommend him. Don't expect a lot of flash and bling. But, you can expect a caring doctor who will take a professional interest in providing you the best dental care he can give.

My family have been patients of Dr. Krochmal for about five years now and are completely satisfied with our dental care. Of course he is a skilled and competent practitioner (I think thats pretty much a given in a competitive market like Northern Virginia), but what I particularly like about Dr. K is his low key-approach - he lays out treatment options and might make a recomendation (e.g. for implants) but there is never any high-pressure salesmanship. It's a solo practive so you see the same people (not just the Dr. but the support staff) every time you visit and I never feel like one anonymous patient among thousands there in the way you can feel at a big medical practice.
