Very caring, gentle, and willing to take her time with each patient. She is very honest and ethical and does not upcharge or upsell...a pleasant change from the average dentist.
About Front Desk: Polite and courteous. Called to confirm appointment early in the week and was willing to schedule my appointment during off-lunch hours because of my limit availability.

Having lived in various states in the past, I have been to many dentists - both good and bad. Dr. Tajalli falls into the good catagory. She is extremely nice and informative. I don't leave feeling like my gums have been attacked, but still have that "clean" feeling. Dr. Tajalli has hours that meet anyones schedule. The office is very small and in an old building, but not really a negative, just not a huge positive.

She has done a lot of work for me... and is prolly the most painless and gentle dentist i have ever visited- and i have visited MANY.

The first visit out of the three started off well but then I was frustrated with the kind of service I received from Dr Tajalli and her assistant. They were chatting and distracted when poking around my mouth. A few times I even got poked accidently, nothing major but I was just apalled by the lack of attention on both visits to get a cap for my teeth. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then I get a call from the billing saying I still owe them money after being already slapped with a HUGE bill. I am not going back there. Still looking for a good dentist since I moved to this area.
