Every experience I've had with Dr. Wilson has been most professional, with her clearly committed to doing the best job possible, with minimum discomfort on my part.
Gentle, deliberate, meticulous - Dr Wilson is a real gem.

Dr. Lois Wilson is an outstanding and caring dentist. I trust her tremendously. I have depended on her expertise for many years and have always been pleased with her work. She has proven time and time again that she care about her patients. Last year, a week before Thanksgiving I called Dr. Wilson because I was experiencing severe pain. At the time, she was out of town but was willing to cut her trip short to take care of my emergency dental need. I didn't want her to cut here trip short but she gave me sound advice and notified a dentist she trusted.

Ii have always feared the dentist given my childhood experiences. I went to Dr. Wilson for the first time as an emergency case. I basically had an infected tooth from a cracked root canal. My experience was pain-free and I felt as though I was her only patient when in her care. I have not only returned to Dr. Wilson to have cosmetic work done, which I get compliments on regularly, but I have also recommended her to friends and family.
About Front Desk: I did not care for the front desk staff at the Tysons office. I felt like they were saw me only as a patient number and not very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson for more than a decade and she is the best dentist with whom I had ever been associated. She is the consummate professional who adroitly uses the latest state of the art dental techniques and procedures, combined with a compassionate regard for the patient that allays any concerns. During my long association with her she has installed a dental implant; repaired several broken crowns and veneers; cured me of gingivitis and other tooth infections; manufactured several dental appliances; and consistently provided me instruction on proper dental care, just to name a few of our interactions. As a doctor she listened well; accommodated my busy schedule ( particularly if I had a broken crown); and charged reasonable rates for "world class" dental services. I trust Dr. Wilson with my dental well being, ABSOLUTELY! If I had to describe Dr. Wilson as a person in a single word, thatc word would be "class". If I had a to describe her asa medical professional in a single phrase, that phrase would be, " she is a dentist's dentist".
Dr Wilson is a GREAT dentist and has my highest, unequivocal recommendation.

I was extremely pleased with my treatment from Dr. Wilson. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but she was very gentle and compassionate. If you need a root canal, I would suggest Dr Wilson. She did an excellent job and kept me stress-free. I have a beautiful veneer (crown) that she put on. It was a front tooth, so my smile was a huge concern. No one can tell that it's not my real tooth and I get compliments when I show people. Excellent dentist/excellent service. Thank you, Dr. Wilson!!

I elected to go to Dr. Wilson for a tooth extraction, because my regular dentist of more than 10 years could not perform the procedure. Dr. Wilson's office provided excellent patient and customer service, in a relaxing, stress-free environment. My tooth extraction went very well, and the personal follow-up was very unexpected. The cost was very reasonable for my community. I was so pleased with her care that I have elected to continue with Dr. Wilson as my permanent dentist (something she did not pressure me to do). Dr. Wilson will be providing ortho and implants. Throughout my care, she and every member of her staff have made me feel at ease, while providing excellent information and medical/dental advice about options, outcome risks and expectations, and treatment timing. At every stage of the experience, she has given me the opportunity to ask questions in a very caring environment. I recommend Dr. Wilson without any hesitation.

Do yourself a huge favor, avoid her at all cost. She damaged 2 out of 4 teeth she treated, for only minor fillings. I had to have root canal on those 2 teeth shortly after the treatment for minor fillings.
