I have to agree with the last post. I have been seeing this dentist for about two years. Me and my three kids. I have very good insurance and I am charged for things at this dentist, that my coworkers are not charged for. Every time I go into the office I ask what my balance is knowing it should be zero dollars and to my amazement there is always an erroneous charge. Two days before Christmas I was told I owed over $1000.00 and it was a final notice email. I was never notified before that day. I am changing my dentist after my appointment today. I waited 30 minutes, they cancelled my sons appointment, and the dentist was rude attempting to discipline my child on what he called "his time". What about my time?
About Front Desk: They are friendly but working under the instruction if the dentist. You can never know what kind of mood he will be in. All the staff members are new. I can only assume the rest got tired of his attitude.

Very rude and very arrogant!!! Will never go back to him!!! Going to a dentist is stressful enough but when you have to deal with a jerk for your dentist, it's not a good experience....

this clinic only thinks about one thing...making money. They want to get payed when you book an appointment? Never seen this anywhere...

I found his chair-side manners childess and rude. He does good work but you never know what kind of mood he is going to be in. If he is in a bad mood he will treat you like dirt . I got sick to my stomach everytime I had to go. As soon as my work was completed I never went back.

Dr. Parrott, is a true professional...he is so up to date on procedures...his staff is wonderful...I trust Dr. Parrott completely to give me the very best care possible. He really does care about his patients, and in my opinion ...the best on the Peninsula.

I love Dr. Parrot. So many dentists had messed up my teeth because I had a complicated problem but Dr. Parrot fixed everything. He is a perfectionist and my mother and I love him. Also, he is very funny.

Scheduled very quickly, office staff and dentist very pleasant !

the office was able to schedule me very quickly and the treatment didn't take long either. very nice staff - the dentist was kind and took time to talk to me and listen! the cost of a treatment plan was pretty high, but if i could afford him i would definitely go here!

Dr Parrott is in one word FABULOUS!! Staff is friendly and top notch all the way! I always look forward to my appts, never any dread. Feel comfortable asking questions and always leave with them answered! Dr Parrott is about making his patients feel pleased with their smile and the quality of work done will make you want to smile! Dr Parrott removed the bonding on my two front teeth and replaced them with crowns! Much better! He is detail oriented and wants his work to be a natural looking as possible! I also take my children to see him! He and his staff are VERY child friendly!
