he is the worst with children, he got a attitude with my 5 year old nephew, and caused him pain. will never go here again. he is extrememly rude and is very arrogant. he tramatized my nephew. he needs a new profession.

I think this office is a piece of crap. It is like a zoo in there. I also think Victoria is not very personable and like to start stuff.

He must have skipped those lessons in bedside manners. A filling caused more pain than the cavity.

Did not explain or communicate with me in any way. Spoke about me to staff in front of me. Condescending. Same shirt with blue jean shorts 3 of 4 visits. Baggie unfashionable blue jean shorts. Gruff and irritable. Did not wish to answer questions and when did used short non-information statements. Not a professional place to go. Does not treat staff well.
About Hygienist: Staff were polite and helpful. All seemed stressed.

Now over 50, I have endured numerous dental procedures. I sought out Dr. Howell for an emergency precedure that is arguably the most aggressive I have had to date. Without exception, Dr. Howell and his staff put me at ease, saw to my comfort, addressed all of my questions. As to the procedure, all was accomplished quickly and without discomfort. Now, six days later, I barely recall the details. Still pain free, no issues. Can't recommend Dr. Howell and his service enough!! Cost was less than I expected.

Absolutely fantastic dentist - very personable and gets the job done. His staff is very friendly, courteous and willing to take the time to get the job done. I had 12 crowns placed in on the top pallet and Dr. Howell did it all without Nitrous Oxide. He is an outstanding dentist.
About Hygienist: Victoria is the best - she made me feel at ease and was very helpful in the chair and office. She even did the crown placement on her own. Very Good

I had a root canal done and while it was a very complicated and long procedure (took 4 visits from start to finish and I was in the chair for up to 4 hours at a time), I felt comfortable and safe in his care. When I had a problem, medications were called in to my pharmacy immediately and any questions I had were politely and clearly answered. They were willing to work with us on a payment schedule and were incredibly helpful.
