I enjoy the service I receive with each visit. From the time I make my appointment until the complete procedure is done. The staff is very professional, which is very important along with the services that are provided. I will recommend others to this dentist as long as I continue to be satisfied.

I've always been to the Newport News location. Dr Holley is a kind dentist, but his facilities have not been updated in probably over a decade. If you'd like certain treatments, you have to go to two different locations. Each location is only open once or twice per week (this one, only on Tue. and Thur.). I would definitely not recommend taking your children here. It is not very child friendly (which they are already terrified enough), and Dr Holley is not very good w/kids. He treats them like they are little adults who just need to deal w/it. He is not gentle w/them like they would need to be treated. When removing my molars, he chipped the tooth next to it, meaning more money out of my pocket and into his to repair it. It takes so long to get the next appointment that more problems arise by the time he sees me again (like months in between having a root canal and crowning it). I would not recommend him, unless you have no other choice (I only went because he was one of the Drs on my dental plan, but now I am willing to just pay cash and go somewhere else.)
