Terrible and will never return. Practice seems more concerned about money, less about patient satisfaction.

I was referred to this place by a friend and have been there twice. Service is good and the facility is clean. Conveniently located too.

We took our 6 year old son here with a "shark tooth" (tooth behind a tooth. Asked his office if thats normal and will it work itself out. "Nooo problem" says his office don't need to do anything. A year goes by and we go see a pediatric dentist and he says it should have come out a year ago!!!
Fool me once shame on you -- fool me 2x shame on me. He isnt WOW enough in other areas to keep me there after that atrocious dental advice.

I have been here only for annual check up but very good. doctors. Good front desk. Very profeesional.

I've gone to this dentist twice, first time on recommendation from friends. My wife has gone several times.
Front desk was very nice. Dr. Novick's chair-side manner was not to my liking, and the hygienists were acceptable but a little aggressive.
On one visit, the front desk was insistent that we return with our insurance information and they saved us about $50.
My wife still goes to this dentist, I don't.
Tough to get an 8am appointment -- they were booking him 6 months ahead for 8am appointments.

Dr. Novick is very gentle and patient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is great.
I had several fillings done there, and was pretty satisfied with all of them except one. The one filling I had problem with, Dr. Novick tried to readjust the fillings without having to redo it, and it didn't work. He finally took the old filling out and had it redone but it didn't relly improve the condition. It still hurts when I chew on that tooth. I have to go back and have it fixed, hopfully for the last time.

After 20 years, I finally had a much needed dental implant for a missing tooth. Dr. Novick referred me to a wonderful oral surgeon named Peter Smith, and together they helped me through a very nerve wracking experience. The whole process for my implant took about 9 months (it could have been sooner but that was my fault due to work), but it went flawlessly. Dr. Novick and his staff are all very kind, and they made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend his practice. It is very difficult find a good dentist, and he is just wonderful!
