Dr. Ong is so gental, but I had to switch offices due to constant billing problems, I schedualed for a cleaning because a woman in the front office said I had one more for free that year then in december i was billed for it??? I called to ask why she then informed me that its becaus ei had to many e-rays and that I need to kbneep track of my x-ray and let them know when i dont need them??? dont know how many im aloud a year and just expect that if i dont need them they will not do them.. but thats not the case

Our family has been treated by Dr. Ong for about 10 years. He is a VERY gentle dentist, and has wonderful staff. We have Delta Dental and so far, nearly every procedure has been completely covered by the insurance. The office takes care of the billing, etc.
We have had fillings, crowns, and then regular maintenance for kids and adults in our famliy. When we moved about 20 miles away, we still kept him as our dentist because I think we would be hard-pressed to find a new dentist like him!!

i had 2 root canals and they were painless. he gave me a new smile by giving me 16 veneers and his price was very affordable compared to some of the other dentists in town.

Very sweet bed side manner, fair priced, and he is conscientious about pain. I would recommend him. Great with kids as well.

Gentle, sensitive and meticulous. Pleasant office staff. Have felt procedures, even slightly, my entire life until Dr. Ong. Phew.

I have been a patient since beginning of 2005. I have had extractions,fillings and after he took care of these emergencies to my complete satisfaction, I came in again for a more thorough exam, after wich we discussed all my options.
And I am now about ready to get partial plates done.
I highly recommend Dr. Ong and his team, I am pushing 50 and had neglected my dental regiment for a few years (lack of insurance) , they work with me on the billing issues and we have spread out the work to make it easier on the pocket book. I would also like to say, with reference to pain, proceedures, and chairside manners, that they always make my dental experience better than I ever expected.
