Dr. Bechtold has been the dentist to my family for years. He is a gentle, thoughtful dentist who doesn't look in your mouth and have dollar signs in his eyes! He explains everything well and is a perfectionist...in a good way. Hard to say if he is the "best in the area" since I haven't been going to other dental practices, but he has always done good work for us.

Dr. Bechtold has done cavities and crowns. All very successful. He is conservative in his approach, trying less invasive techniques first , which was successful in avoiding a root canal. The office is mundane, but I'm not going for feel good aesthetics. The dental care and warm staff are wonderful
