Two members of Dr. Anderson's staff are rude and one of them is verbally abusive. I put up with their horrible behavior far longer than I should have because a friend told me Dr. Anderson was a good dentist. After I finally complained to Dr. Anderson about the behavior of his employees and told him that I would not return to his practice for dental care because of their behavior, he sent me a letter in which he claimed that he and his staff strive to provide the best care and customer service possible. Dr. Anderson also stated in his letter that their best simply wasn't good enough for me, and he encouraged me to find another dentist. Sending the letter to me was a ridiculous move on his part because I had already informed Dr. Anderson during my last visit that I would not be returning to his practice for any reason because his staff members are so rude. The behavior of Dr. Anderson and his staff was very unprofessional and a bit scarey. I had a difficult time with the fact that I was treated badly by his employees and he blamed me for what happened. My experience with Dr. Anderson's dental practice was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with dental care.
About Hygienist: Beware of one of Dr. Anderson's hygienists. She's rude, harsh, and has a horrible attitude towards patients. She will not care if you're in pain while she's cleaning your teeth.

Dr. Anderson and staff are all wonderful. Dr. Anderson is great about doing all he can to make sure you are not in pain. He is very conscious about his work.

I have always been greeted by a freindly and professional staff. I have never heard any of them say anything bad, and Dr. Anderson is the best Dentist I have ever had. I have been going to him for about 10 years now and my wife also change Dentist to go to Dr. Anderson. I have always had a great experience when I go to see him and his staff. He in my book is the best Dentists out there, take it from someone who really never cared to go to the Dentist before I went to Dr. Anderson's office.

I went in for a cleaning and checkup. First visit. Very friendly doctor and staff. Hygenist used a few "G" rated curse words while cleaning my teeth, which I thought was unprofessional. Other than that, it was a very good experience. I can't really speak to the cost. They accept my insurance, so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.
