Horrible staff. I called yesterday to make an appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist, (sounded like an older woman) was very rude and unprofessional. If that is the kind of service one has to deal with then i'm not interested in this practice. I verbalized that to her and then I ended the call. She must lose a lot of patients for Dr. Chu. Hopefully he will now know.

I wish he saw adults!!! He's so great with kids and parents. He makes sure my daughters are comfortable, and that I understand everything going on. So glad we found him.

Dr. Chu is fantastic!!!
He is great with children but most of all makes EVERY possible effort to help his patients. He is a superb dentist but in our case he truly saw the "whole patient" - our daughter had a severe gastrological illness which showed up through inflamed gums, four pediatricians sent me home, Dr. Chu finally detected the original cause and introduced us to the best specialist in Manhattan. We are truly thankful!

I am nervous too good of a review will get him too busy to see us! :) But we love him! We saw another pediatric dentist, didn't have such a great experience. We were referred by friends to Dr. Chu allI i can say is we are all super happy we found him! And we visit him when we come back and forth from the UK! How is that for fondness!

I don't know what it is, but there is some magic here with Dr. Chu and my kids. They look so forward to going to him, like a trip to Disneyland. Go figure! I wish I had him as my dentist when growing up! He spoke to my 2 & 4 year olds appropriately, and informed me and my husband so thoroughly about everything. Thanks Dr Chu!
