Our family had a terrible experience with this dentist. From materials left in mouth after procedures to performing root canals when not adequately trained or experienced to do so. The dentist also does not claim responsibility when multiple dentists confirm our care was irresponsible. This dentists do es NOT have the extra training or equipment to perform root canals. We had emergency root canal surgery and complications from caps inserted incorrectly. I hesitated in leaving this review until I confirmed with Dr Morales his explanation on why 3 our our family members have had to see specialists to repair his work, but he claimed not responsibility. BE CAREFUL in choosing your dental professional, as we are in a serious situation now because of this dentist costing several thousand dollars to clean up. The dentists prior to Dr Morales, Collazzi and Levitan where excellent, we should have researched better before just defaulting to new owner.

Family-friendly, timely no pressure service. While he does not take insurances directly, he is able and willing to work with them. The front desk is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He is a doctor I can trust.

I really liked his predecessor Dr. Linda Colaizzi. He took over the practice and doesn't seem as good. He got new dental hygenists without a lot of experience, and the cleaning I received from either one of them was not as good as the old hygenist. I've had some cavities filled by Dr. Morales and was not as happy as with Dr. Colaizzi. I feel some small rough edges around my teeth. He kept the existing receptionist who is wonderful. I hate to leave, just because of her. I am most concerned about getting a good hygenist.
