Dr. Leidy was polite for the 3 minutes I saw him. But the office staff was very unprofessional.
About Front Desk: They were very unhelpful and made me wait 20 minutes after the appointment for an estimate on something I was never going to have at that office. Nor did they tell me I owed $26 for a tube of toothpaste
About Hygienist: I was 100% unsatisfied with this practice. Very unprofessional. I went in for a cleaning only to find out they would not do it that day. The assistant gave me a tube a toothpaste and sent me home. I never received a follow up call from anyone in the office. Just received one bill marked past due for the toothpaste I did not ask for or told to pay for while in the office. I will never go back to this office again.

changed my dentist this year to dr.leidy set up ann appointment for cleang took over a month than referred me to dr.shulman saw him for consultation i would assuming free but got the bill just overall experience was not pleasant do not recomend those 2 doctors to nobody.

He did my root canal in '02 only to find out that three other dentists I have seen since then have marveled at the inadequacy and poor work on my teeth. Recently, that same tooth was the result of a very painful abcess which has since become infected due to, "the root canal not having been cleaned out of all its roots during the procedure." Unfortunately, this kind of damage is not able to be detected until years down the road and therefore his little procedure on me has cost me thousands of dollars in additional dentist visits, loss of work, excrutiating pain and an extraction due to an infection caused by the infection. Do NOT use this dentist.

Fabulous doctor and assistants. Lovely and clean office. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!

Dr. Leidy is the best dentist in my area, maybe anywhere. His staff is also the best. They always address your concerns, never make light of a patient's anxieties, questions, concerns or special needs or circumstances. If you are in pain they will make time for a special appointment for you. I found them a few years ago when I had a dental emergency. I had never been there before and they took me as a patient, and I have been ever since. I told Dr. Leidy he was going to have to practice into his old age, because I would never want another dentist. I am sensitive to many drugs and Dr. Leidy is extremely knowledgeable about the pharmacology. Everything is super clean and hygenic with out smelling like chemicals. The staff is super nice and helpful with billing, appointments and even gave me a wake up service call for an early morning appointment, ( I work nights.) makes you want to get get your teeth cleaned now or something like that!

Dr. Leidy and his office staff are exceptional people. My number 1 concern was the comfort of my daughter. Not only did they may her feel comfortable and relaxed, but they made her feel special. She has no fear of dental visits. My family is very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and care we receive with Dr. Leidy. I highly recommend him to anyone in search of quality care.
