Called regarding severe tooth pain and left voice message. After waiting more than an hour without response called back. Was told there was no openings for the week. So much for there emergency care.

My experience was not good. Dr Oliver advised me to have a crown on a tooth that had root canal therapy a few years ago. He was unable to insert the post to strengthen the remaining tooth so I am not even much better off. The crown he placed was awful...wrong size, color, my bite felt off and the crown stuck out from the rest of my teeth! He never showed me the crown and I didn't even see it until I was in my car. I called the office and told them I wasn't happy. After calling again several times over a 2 week period somebody finally called me back. I had 2 more visits and Dr Oliver agreed to fit a new crown. Fair enough. The only problem is that it only looks slightly better than the first and I still hate it. He filed it down to a weird shape. Guess I am stuck with it. My whole experience was disappointing, stressful and expensive and I feel that there was no regard to the appearance or function of the crown. I would not recommend this office.

I only saw Jorge Pelaez, DMD for a few minutes but was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. He genuinely cares for his patients and was willing to answer questions I had in regards to test results. I got the vibe that all of the staff at this office is dedicated to their patients and strives for excellence in their care.

About Hygienist: Jennifer was fantastic! She was very friendly and is a skillful hygienist. I enjoyed talking with her throughout my visit and liked that she was willing to explain what the different test results of my teeth meant. You can tell she loves her job and her patients. I will definitely be visiting and requesting Jennifer again. Thank you! :)

I had a tooth pulled and a few fillings and before I knew what happened my tooth was out and the fillings were done. I can't think of a time where I've visited a doctor, or dentist and had an enjoyable time. Everyone in the office was kind and humble!

About Hygienist: Jenn was my hygienist, and she was so great. She told me what she was doing every step of the way and was very informed about her work and was able to effectively communicate all of my needs to me in a way I understand.

The whole team at Dr. Oliver's practice are friendly fun and professional. They make it a comfortable experience. Their facility is state of the art and allows the patient to feel confident that they are in good hands.

About Hygienist: Candy is particularly kind and personable. She has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Oliver has carefully and successfully done the following for me: root canal; one filling; two teeth removed. In all these procedures he was very professional, painless, and on time. All appointmrnts are met almost to the minute. His staff is the finest that I have ever met. He has trained them extremely well. I would highly recommend Dr, Oliver to all for the best in denial care. Eugene R. Woolridge, Jr.

Dr. Oliver is a great knowledgable dentist. He has a wonderful and professional staff. They always show concern so you can't go wrong. My son and I always have a pleasant visit when going to the " dreaded " dentist.

My experience with Dr. Oliver has been nothing but greatness!! He and his wonderful staff have given me something back that I haven't had in years...confidence and security with a great smile!!! Words cannot describe how great I feel! Thank you Dr. Oliver!!

Dr. Oliver is great. He has been my family's dentist since my children were very young. He is always friendly and understanding when explaining our dental needs. He completely explains what needs to be done, gives options, and explains his recommentations. Even though we have insurance, there have been times when we have had out of pocket expenses, and Dr. Oliver works with me financially so our family never has to postpone anything that may result in further damage. His administrative staff is wonderful. They are always friendly & work our appointments to fit our tight schedules. They are all truly a blessing to our family.

About Hygienist: All the hygienist are wonderful as well. They always make my children feel at ease. As I previously stated, Dr. Oliver has been my children's dentist all their life, but his staff have always made their dental visits easy. I had one bad experience with a hygienist a few years ago, but it's my understanding she is no longer there, and when I shared my experience with Dr. Oliver, he made sure it never happened again. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Princess Anne Center for Dental Arts!
