I can't say enough about how pleased I've been with Dr. Pearl and her office staff. My most recent procedure was a root canal that I asked be done on 24 hours notice. The receptionist was very helpful and got me in with Dr. Pearl as her first appointment of the day. Her dental assistant was professional as well as incredibly careful when doing the initial assessment. Dr. Pearl was, as usual, quick, careful, and mindful of my anxiety where needles and drills in my mouth are concerned. The bookkeeper was impressive in terms of confirming that my credit card was actually mine (too many people don't check and that's how identities get stolen). They're not the closest dental office, but well worth the 30 minute drive.

The staff at the front desk aren't very friendly and have no concern about conducting business in a timely manner. VERY slow, so be prepared to wait 30 to 50 minutes AFTER your scheduled appt time. After waiting in this tiny, uncomfortable, unfriendly waiting room, the actual dental visit is a more pleasant experience. Dr. Pearl is very friendly and efficient.
About Hygienist: The hygienists have always been very nice and thorough.

I started seeing Dr Pearl 4 yrs. ago. My teeth were in horrible condition and I was afraid of the dentist. Dr Pearl presented me with several options to fix my teeth. She listened to what I wanted and helped me make a decision that was best for me.It has taken me 3 years to get everything done that I needed. I am so happy with my results. I can finally smile for pictures again. Everyone was so nice and we were able to work with in the confines of my insurance maximum each year. Out of all my appointments ( and there were many) 95% of the time I was taken back exactly on time. Dr Pearl was always concernend about my comfort during my treatment appointments. I would highly recommed her.

we love dr. pearl but her office staff is a nightmare. be prepared to wait, be rescheduled and pay more than expected. however dr. pearl does a great job if you can get past the front desk.

Dr Pearl took her time explaining all my options to me. Her staff was great. Everyone was very concerned about my comfort during every visit. I love my smile now.

I have no complaints about Dr. Pearl's professional competence and she performed what was essentially a painless root canal on me. However, her chair-side manner and customer service are lacking in my opinion.
I have personally requested to never have her work on neither my kids nor me in the future as a result of my interactions with her.
