I had all of my wisdom teeth removed. They were all impacted and I was going to get invisalign so I needed to get them removed.

About Hygienist: Very professional and courteous.They put me at ease and believe me I was a mess at first.

excellent service, good staff. referrred me to perondontist who was very expensive and not good experience but Dr Savage's office was execllent.

I have had fillings and a crown done with Dr. Savage. The pain and stress levels are very low. He does good work. The staff is friendly, competent, and the office is clean.

Dr. Savage has no bedside manners, He was very rude when I went to see him for something another dentist did. His answer was to go see the other dentist. How rude, instead of saying yes I see what has happened, I will be glad to help you out and make you feel better about your teeth. He just turned me away and walked away. Very poor business, I

Yes, Dr Savage does not have any bedside manners. He carries on a conversation with the assistant while you just lay there ignored. He is extremely quick; perhaps too quick. He did a filling for me, and within a year later tells me it needs to be done again on the same tooth. The filling he did cracked. Are there any dentist's in Norfolk that are any good? I have not found any. None of them treat their patients like customers.

My dental plan covered only a few dentists in the area, and Dr. Savage was one of them. Took my 10-year-old daughter to him. He had no "bedside manner," made her feel very uncomfortable, and diagnosed her as having 7 cavities. I didn't believe this, as she'd only had one in her life. Took her back to her pediatric dentist (not covered under my dental insurance), and he could not find ANY cavities. Hmmmmm?? Pretty scary that Dr. Savage would have drilled 7 holes in her teeth that were not necessary. Never went back.
