Dr. Houston was very knowledgeable and concerned. He did a great job with my dental procedure tooth irrigation. The process was painless and quick and he makes the patient feel very comfortable. Also, Dr. Houston has a great sense of humor and the jokes and witty comments made the time fly! Highly recommended dentist as it was my best dental experience thus far.

I cannot rate dr. Houston's dental skills and service, because i was never able to get in to see him. i tried on three different occasions to schedule an appointment with dr. Houston. the dr. Office canceled my appointment the day before my appointment (18 hours before to be exact), violating the 24 hour cancelation period required by us patients to cancel an appointment, and rescheduled me for a different date and time. when i called to change my appointment that they had scheduled for me, i got charged $20 just for canceling my appointment. i thought it was very unfair that dr. Houston could change my appointment at the drop of a dime, and i would be charged $20 if i wanted to change my appointment. if you are an existing patient, you're probably happy with dr. Houston. but for any new patients out there looking for a new dentist, i do not suggest trying to schedule an apponitment with dr. William houston. if you have to cancel your appointment you might get charged $20, but he'll cancel his appointment with you whenever he feels like doing so.
