We started with this office when Kris's dad was our primary dentist. Kris has done our dental work for most of the last 15 years. There have been several occasions for more extensive work than routine cleanings. Based on a recent experience, and that of a prior experience, we are no longer planning to use Kris Swanson. We felt we were both overcharged and underserved, with one charge made for a process that was not done. We feel the unsatisfactory results most recently stemmed from a sub-optimal treatment plan that resulted in a more costly solution.

Dr Richard Swanson did all eight of my filling as a child, He was the best! He also took care of my whole family - 2 Teeth cleaning a years. Now Dr Kris Swanson has taken over and is the best. The office is state of the art and very professional. I never wait more than 5 minutes to get in. The assistants that do the cleaning are great. If you know him you can have a joke or 2 but as soon as he gets to work he is very professional and takes your teeth very seriously. They log in EVERYTHING about the appointment. I'm surprised they can quote everything from my last visits!! I actually fell asleep in the chair on my last visit and they had to watch thier fingers. NOW that isa smooth operation when you can relax that much. At the end Dr Kris always gives you a briefing on your teeth. Once he said one of my old filling was starting to fail but we can wait until my next cleaning and refill it then as it should be fine until then - no sale pitch to come back in a week. He knows my teeth and the history. Great crowns! Would be scared to go anywhere else. I tell all my friends this is the place to go if you want to keep your teeth. Sorry Dr R Swanson. Your son Dr Kris has surpassed you. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!

I have been a patient of Dr Kris Swanson (and Dr Richard Swanson) for nearly 25 years. Both have done a superb job in managing my dental needs.
The front office staff is always pleasant, courteous; and I appreciate the phone call reminders of upcoming appointments. They are very knowledgeable of insurance plans; and will gladly pre-authorize procedures.
All of the hygienists do a wonderful job; and are great with preventive teaching.
Everyone is very personable; I almost feel like family.

Dr Swanson and his staff are amazing! Very willing to help out in anyway to work with scheduling. Courteous staff.
Great group! Cost is comparable to other Dentists in the Bellevue area. Office is very nice!

Without question Dr Kris is one of the finest dentists in the NW. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence is very evident at every visit. Although he sometimes runs behind, I know it is because he will never compromise the quality of his work. His conservative treatment philosophy combined with his extensive knowledge guarantees you will get the best overall care. The specialists he refers to are also the best and they comment on how good of a dentist Dr Kris is.

Dr Swanson is a very precise. He will do every thing in his power to make sure everything is perfect. The staff and quality of care is top notch. The office is very new , neat and clean. They have T.V.'s with headphones in every operatory to keep your mind on other things. Which helped me to relax. The staff always had a smile on there faces and where very helpful.

I have been a patient of this Dental office for 30 years. After Kris took over his fathers practice I was not sure if I would receive the same excellent treatment, but Kris is suberb dentist and his staff are wonderful. The other thing I really love about this office is they virtually have no staff turn around. You see the same people year after year and have confidence they will do a good job for you.

Dr. Kris Swanson, Associates and entire staff are the definition of dental excellence! The dental care is the best I have EVER received and you feel like you're always walking into a familiar place. They have a long term staff that develop lasting relationships with their patients and you feel like YOU really matter. I am a life long, devoted patient of Swanson Dental and would highly recommend their services to any one that deserves and expects THE BEST!
