Front counter is run by Dr. Shuster's wife. Over the phone she promised to have x-rays sent over from my prior dentist, then did not and insisted that I take new x-rays. She also assured me that they accepted our dental insurance, then after the fact stated that they did not and billed us for the full amount, including for the expensive x-rays which I did not want to take. Dr. Shuster himself spends plenty of time with each patient because there are no assistants, however, he is well past his prime. While cleaning my husband's teeth, he managed to let the cleaning instrument get too hot and left a burn blister on my husband's lip which was there for days. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
