The only dentist Ive been able to go to! Grew up with Rocky working on my teeth without a single issue. Attempted to go to another provider because of insurance coverage and was told I would need extensive repair, including a root canal, that would cost me hundreds out of pocket even with my insurance coverage. I immediately left and went straight to Dr. Hammonds office and made an appointment. Upon looking at me teeth he reassured that the dentist (at Sunrise Dental) was attempting to provide unnecessary treatment. Dr. Hammond fixed my teeth in a matter of minutes at absolutely no out of pocket cost and havent had a single issue since. Will NEVER try to go to another dentist again. Would recommend Rocky to any patient, at any age, with any type of dental need. Dr. Hammond provides his high quality work while putting your needs first as well, providing care that suits you without the intention of lining his pockets.
If i lived out of state i would travel back for my dentist appointments.
About Hygienist: The hygienist's are all freindly and provide a fun warm environment at every visit, especially Ethel who has been a friendly face since my childhood. Wouldnt be the same without her there.

Dr. Hammond has provided all of my dental care over the past 20 years. He has also taken care of my children's teeth since they were small, and they come back to Fall City for their dental appointments as adults. We appreciate not only the level of dental care, but also the level of caring about his patients. The staff is friendly. The close up view of the river from the dental chair is a treat. A visit to this clinic is always a pleasant experience for me.

Overall a very good dentist. However, after having gone to other dentists I realized that going to the dentist doesn't have to hurt as much as I always did when I went to Dr. Hammond. Does great work, but it hurt a lot to sit through. Have had the same procedures done elsewhere and with the same level of anesthesia (or lack thereof) pain levels have been much lower with other dentists. So, if they could soften there touch that'd move them up a lot. Also, I realize that a dentist makes a lot of money, but is having all of his worldly traveling for fishing adventures all over the wall necessary? Just makes me think of where my money is going and does it really need to cost as much as it does?

Rocky is an excellent dentist. He is dedicated to his patients and his practice. He knows the science behind his work. He keeps up with his professional reading and is on the cutting edge of dentistry. He teaches a clinical class in dentistry at the UofW dental school, which is rated either 1 or 2 in the US. (by pass-rate of students taking state dental board exams).
