I have been going to Dr. Jacka for 30 years. Dr. Jacka and his staff are amazing. I can't say enough about them. I'm so relaxed when I go its like not even being at the dentist. I recently moved to Poulsbo but travel to Federal Way to get my teeth cleaned and all my dental work. Keep it up Dr. Jacka and staff.

My family has been going to Dr. Jacka for over twenty years. He is always reasonable in cost, his dental hygienists are gentle and friendly, and the staff literally treats me like one of the family, even though I am not. Dr. Jacka has my every confidence that he will give me the very best dental care possible.

dr. jacka and office staff are competant and very caring.
i come from kirkland because i do not want to change dentists. i cannot say enough good things about the office staff.. they genuinely care about your experience. .
About Hygienist: she is also wonderful.

Great, friendly staff and doctor that care! Very knowledgeable and willing to work with people and whatever the situation. I HATE dentists but was forced to go in because of a broken tooth and other problems. Connie and the desk staff is absolutely wonderful to work with and are booked months in advance. Since this is anonymous, I can say that I now look forward to going back. :-)
For a couple of procedures, he took the cost effective approach (without me asking) rather than going for the money.
Sorry, but I'm not able to authoritatively speak on competitive costs. They're always booked, so I know customers are getting good value their money.
About Hygienist: Both are very knowledgeable and friendly. They care about your comfort and are always engaging in friendly conversation.

I was too chicken to go to the dentist, and afraid it would cost me an arm and a leg, so I hadn't been to get proper treatment in about 7-8 years. My friend referred me to Dr Jacka. I've been in about 5 or 6 times in the past year and a half, as my dental health was lacking. The facility is beautiful, clean, neat, and reduces anxiety. The hygenists, receptionist, office manager, and the dentist were all very caring and attentive.
I was also impressed with the technology. They put some type of mouth cam in my mouth, and I could see the backs of my teeth on the computer screen, which was interesting. They also have movies you can watch while they are working. They constantly ask if you are okay and comfortable.
I've never had any insurance issues or never had reason to question my billing- and I work in the medical billing industry- so I am impressed by that. The only thing that could maybe use improvement is availability of appointments- they book out fast because they are very good and have a loyal following.

If I moved to another state, I would fly back to Seattle so Dr. Jacka's office could take care of my teeth. I LOVE everyone there, especially the receptionist! Everyone is professional and does excellent work. Dr. Jacka cares for his patients and is very good at what he does. I have been seeing him for over 15 years, as well as my spouse and children. There is no one better!

Dr. Jacka is a wonderful dentist. The hygienist are knowledgable and caring. The receptionist could have more tact at times but overall has been pleasant. Our only complaint is that once you change insurance, they are not willing to sign up for the insurance you have. Making it expensive to continue to go there.

The friendliest staff I've ever seen in any Dr. or Denstist office. Very caring, and they do a fabulous job on making you feel comfortable. I've been a patient for probably over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
