Front desk very immature, unprofessional, dazed and confused , cocky and arrogant, insensitive, inattentive to details, poor communications, flagrant prevericators, created friction and exacerbated conflict, tension, and stress---they are sarcastic and rude--they were sloppy in their insurance billings and tried to collect monies that insurance covered--
Dr Duane Jones condoned these flagrant behaviour by his staff and did nothing to alleviate the clashes and demonstrated he lacks adequate control over his office--He is extremely slow in his procedures, clumsy, and at times absentminded and talks esoterically all the time--his equipment fails more times than not and question how clean he really keeps his office and dental tools--he makes reckless assumptions about peoples dental situations and violates confidentiality --This office performed procedures without informing us that our insurance did not cover--WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND HIM!
The hygienists were very professional and very likable and only regret they have to work with that office--
