Procedures: Scaling, Root planing, and Filling.
I went in to do a checkup on my overall dental health. It had been some time (a few years!) since I had gone for a check up. So, I went in expecting the worst. Turned out that I did need fillings.
The front desk and the people were friendly and helpful. They started with the x-rays of course, and then there was the pan. Finally I was told that I did need around 6 fillings, and deep cleaning.
It was done over 4 appointments, one quadrant a time. I don't think it is much fun to watch people go into your mouth with drill like equipments. But, the doctor was very friendly and so were the associates. And the experience was good.
At one time, one of the equipments was not working well but we moved to another and it was all good. Also, I did need local anaethesia, and had my lips feeling funny for some time afterwards. But that is espected I suppose, and it wore off pretty soon.
The doctor did warn me that my teeth may be a bit sensitive to cold for a few days after each appontment, but I did not really have any such feelings.
Overall a thumbs up!
