I am new to the office on a referral from a work friend. I am Indian and was originally looking for an Indian dentist. Tried that and was not very successful-that dentist did not work out. I have not been to a dentist in a long time and was feeling a little guilty. I asked my work friend and got Dr. Lo's name. He helped me understand my issues and recommended treatment. I sat on it for 6 months and sure enough his prediction came true. I am not putting it off anymore. Now my family is going there and my 5 year old now loves going to the dentist. ENOUGH said.
About Hygienist: A little rough, but I was told because they try so hard to help vs. just polish gently and doing a second rate job. Whatever you say :-)

Summary: suspect push for unnecessary treatment
I have been going to Redmond Park Square Dental for over ten years now. It was Dr. Taniguchi's (aka Dr. T) practice but at some point he sold his practice to Dr Lo. Dr. T was great but he is retired now. However, with Dr. Lo, I often feel pressured to go for treatment that Dr. T never pushed. I am not sure if it is unnecessary, but I find it suspicious that suddenly (afte five years with Dr. T), my teeth started needing so much treatment. For a while I tried to take appointments on days when Dr. T was attending and avoided Dr. Lo and the supposedly "necessary treatments" were not even mentioned by Dr. T.
Now that Dr. T has completely retired, I feel like I have to find another dentist who doesn't look at me like a cash cow.
About Hygienist: Fantastic! Karen Kowalski is great. I will miss her if I move to a different dentist.

Originally I met Dr. Lo because I heard he was really good with kids, after that was successful I thought I would try him. I have always been a mess just thinking of going to the dentist. Dr. Lo's sense of humor, kindness and genuine concerns put me right at ease and made my visit a pleasant one.

This is a double edged "recommendation". For regular cleaning and care I highly recommend. Easy access to facility, responsive staff, quality work. However, I have recently had a crown and a filling which are not going well. I now need a root canal for the crown and at least a crown if not a root canal for the improperly done filling.

I received Dr. Lo's information from a co-worker of mine and I'm so glad that she gave it to me! He is VERY friendly and eased my dental fears right away. The office is great and the staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Lo and his office to anyone!!

Great staff and nice doctor. Have been with the same dentist for a long time and was very nervous. But things went well with very little discomfort.

I like Redmond Parc Square, and Dr. Lo has been really fantastic as far as helping me with the anxiety problem I have about dental work. He makes it relaxing and quick.
I would recommend Dr. Lo. After 5 dentists in this area, I finally found one I have returned to again and again!

Didn't have to worry about the appointment. The one thing though is that he is not there anymore. Does anybody know where he is now?
