Welch charged $500 for only ONE upper dental guard. Welch did not give the forms to the patient, so if the plastic form is ever lost or misplaced, he gets to charge another $500 to create new forms.

Dr. Welch is very nice and very funny!!! It is a nice and small office. They staff are all so helpful and caring.

The hygienists are wonderful. Dr. Welch is personable and friendly. Office feels relaxed, not rushed or assembly-line like some places. Most pleasant experience in decades.
