About Front Desk: Very rude and unprofessional front desk woman with a red face. I would look elsewhere for anything with them. Very unfriendly and like she acts like she owns the business something is not right there.

About Front Desk: This is my main substantial complaint of all. If they were scheduling a cleaning was ok but when it came to something you had done and why insurance paid different than what they said or trying to schedule an appointment it was difficult. I merely had a question on charges left a message for them to call never called so I left second message and never called back. Its like if not making money you don't matter. Very rude. Also they aren't open that many days and not there when they are there. I feel I was led on because when I finally scheduled an appt about missing teeth etc they told me go to someone else I can't help you with bridge or anything. Then I realized they knew this ahead of time but wanted to get just one more cleaning done. They wasted my time.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was great and probably more knowledgeable than the dentist.

About Front Desk: This is my only complaint about this office. The gal at the front desk never calls back if you have a question. I have left up to 2 messages and never heard back and has happened several times. Maybe its cause they are never open. Now even though I like the dentist I am wondering if I will go back.

About Hygienist: need to pay attention to what they are doing and not carring on office conversations. it is nerve wracking when they aren't paying attention to what they are doing.
