My former dentist price-gouged me by requiring three trips to complete a filling, each time charging another office visit fee, among other tactics. I put up with this for 10 yrs, but finally quit in disgust (leaving a root canal halfway completed) and refused to go to a dentist for 5 yrs. Consequently, I needed major work done(extraction and implant, crowns, fillings), and picked Dr. Nelson simply because she was closest to my home. Approaching my first visit with trepidation, Dr. Nelson put me at ease with straight-forward assessments and explanations. She looked at me quizzically when I asked if it takes three visits to do a filling here. She is thorough & efficient, shots were a breeze, crowns were well-fitted. I highly recommend this dentist. She has wonderful dental and office staff, great customer service (coffee in the waiting room, though they are so efficient you'll hardly have time to drink a full cup, goodies such as chapstick or even a flower for you to take home). Her procedure quotes are as good as gold - no extra charges added. The prices are usual and customary, and worth it. Needless to say, I am very happy to have randomly picked Dr. Nelson for my dental care.

dr. nelson has done crowns on my front teeth and a bridge on my lower and other crown on my lower along with fillings over the yrs. i hate shots but i don't mind with her it doesn't hurt. take my work for it. she also now has this stuff and unnumb's you in less the 1 hr its a shot, but you can't feel it. love it
