Extremely pleased with Dr. Drumhiller's service. Had a crown a year ago with another prominent dentist -- crown was just never adjusted right, the anesthetic process was painful and inadequate, etc.. Heard from my husband that Dr. Drumhiller was excellent, so this year I had crown done with Dr. Drumhiller and was so pleased. From the time he came in and said hello, (his voice was even calming) I knew i was in good hands. The local he gave me to numb was almost painless and did the job. I was able to completely relax during the procedure, he was gentle, competent and calming. So greatful I heeded my husband's reccommendation.
About Hygienist: Hygenist was also competent and calming and gentle.

Dr. Drumhiller is a thorough, careful practitioner of the highest level. His expertise is obvious and his professional manner is always reassuring. He is not an alarmist--simply presents the situation and your options in clear, concise language that we can all understand. (And he is amazing with the anesthesia needle!)
My experience includes regualr exams, cleaning, and crowns, so I must give credit to his lab professional.

Rob is the most friendly, concerned, at-ease doctor I have come across. His staff are outstanding and personable. It is like going to an old friend's house. The office staff take care of all my insurance requests and even let me know whether it would be better to wait for a procedure if I am closing in on my maximum allowance. Overall rating from me: superb all around!
About Hygienist: Jan is the best!!! Quick and thorough--I always feel so much better after having seen her. She is positive, gentle, and caring.

The absolute best, anywhere! My sister heard about him from her friends who run a dental lab. They see the work from ALL the dentists around, but Dr. Drumhiller's is hugely superior.
I asked my sister if he'd prescibe pain pills if needed. She said, "You won't need them." She was right! You won't. But he's nice enough to oblige anyway. His hands are super human gentle and steady. He listens well and is the nicest man you'd hope to meet. My mom goes there now, too. And she was a dental-phobe. My friend is a hygenist married to a dentist, and she still said Drumhiller's work is the best she's seen.
