I was referred to Dr Horchover by my sleep apnea doctor. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked them about their fees and if my insurance company provided coverage. They assured me I was covered and I scheduled an appointment. After my consultation, I was ushered off to their finance manager, where I felt like I was treated like I was buying a used car. My jaw dropped when i saw their prices, over $4,000 for a sleep apnea appliance. Subsequently, I found a doctor who provided superb service for about 1/2 that price, Dr Joe Albert in Edmonds. Unfortunatley, I took the staff at Dr Horchover's office at their word that I was "covered"-I basically had no coverage since they were considered out of provider network. When I called to ask them why they didn't fully disclose this information when I first scheduled my appointment-the staff lied to me and claimed they did. I have since called 3 times to try to speak with a staff person to discuss my complaint and was told the office manger would call me-never could get a return call. So beware, don't believe what they tell you, read the small print on their contract.

Great personality. Gives detailed explanations. This is a challenging area that requires a lot of information and he delivers.

Dr. Horchover is a specialist in making mouth appliances for sleep apnea. He was fantastic. He is articulate, funny and makes you feel comfortable and reassured. His staff is caring, concerned and efficent. I would give him my highest recommendation.
