My kids have gone to see Dr. Kemper at least twice a year for the the past 20 years. He is friendly and good with kids and old folks. My kids looked forward to visiting the dentist. He remembers their interests and talks about them on each visit. He even treats my husband's aunt who is in her 90's and cranky.
The office has a modern decore, located near Northgate Mall. The receptionist is friendly. Insurance is handled without our intervention.
Treatment is painless and efficient. Would recommend to others. We've moved to Mill Creek, but continue to see Dr. Kemper. I believe he does pro bono dental work in South America periodically.

I love this Dr. and staff. The only drawback is that the office is not wheelchair accessible. I wish I could continue getting care there but I just can't get to the office. Dr. Kemper and his assistants are A+. Painless and friendly.

Dr. Kemper also teaches at the UW dental school. Very friendly, great staff and was knowledgable (I like to hear that dentists are keeping up with new technology and practices, and I think his teaching at UW is a plus!). Highly recommend Dr. Kemper!

I have gone to this dentist for many years and have been completely satisfied with his work. I have witnessed people travelling all the way from eastern washington to come to him as a patient. Always friendly, very thorough and great looking work. The office is lovely and relaxing and easily accessible from the freeway or many neighborhoods around the northgate area. The office staff was always congenial and professional.
