Dr. Minagawa is the BEST dentist in the Seattle area – he has been my dentist for 17 years and I have not been an easy patient.
I had a horrible experience when I was in my 20’s with a dentist and it took me a long time to start going back, even for cleanings.
At the beginning of seeing Dr Minagawa, I had to have anxiety pills and nitrous just for cleanings because of my nerves, I have since graduated and do not require either…. LOL
Dr Minagawa and his staff value your time, are patient and talked me though all my minor and major procedures over the years. I know I am in good hands I have a dentist and his staff that listens to me and cares. After more extensive dental procedures Dr Minagawa would call me in the evening to follow up on how I was feeling and if I had any concerns.
Over the years I have traveled out of my way to Dr Minagawa dental office, as it is the epitome of professionalism and Customer Service.

I have teeth extraction, bridge done by doctor Minagawa.
Dr. Minagawa is the ONLY dentist I encountered following up after procedures. He goes above and beyond his duties. Called me up after hours and weekends inspite of his busy schedule to ensure no complications.
I highly recommend to people out there who wants a caring dentist.
About Front Desk: Linda does an excellent job following up with the insurance. Waiting period was short and of course procedure completed in timely manner. She does takes time to help and ensuring correct information is given. She also possess excellent interpersonal skills rendering excellent customer service.
About Hygienist: He also have a very gentle hygienist I don't know her name. Actually, all his staffs are friendly and giving an exceptional customer service to their customers.

Dr. Minagawa has the most gentle way of performing dentistry. I have experienced many dentists, and this is the best experience I have EVER had. He is not only very sincere and gentle, he is also the most thorough and talented dentist I know. His work is amazing! Beautiful and natural looking. I look forward to going there! It is a beautiful offce too. Feels very much like home. :)

I definitely recommend Dr. Minagawa to everyone!
Everything is excellent. My front teeth crowns are looking so beautiful and very natural.
I am very satisfied with what he has done.
Also, stuffs are very nice and friendly. They provide consultation of payment.

If you hate going to the dentist, if you have been hurt in the past by a dentist, Dr. Minagawa is the dentist for you!!! Dr. Sam has been our family dentist for 12 1/2 years! We won't allow anyone else to touch our mouths unless under his recommendation. Professional, extremely knowledged, top modern equipment and techniques, caring, sensitive to energies of his patients, very gentle and patient. On "tuff" procedures, expect a late night call from him, asking how you're doing.. I cannot speak high enough of Dr. Minagawa and the many different services he has sucessfully preformed over the years for our family, including emergency procedures. He has a staff of the same high calibar and expects the same from them as he gives to you. His office is warm, welcoming, and inviting. Go in "fear" no more!!! Dr. Minagawa is the dentist for you!!! Before Dr, Minagawa I had real fears of dentistry. There were bad experiences of pain, poor workmanship and methods used.
My results with the good doctor have been great. He truly cares and so does his staff.
Even the shots are painless.
I almost recommend asking for one needed or not.

I love Dr. Minagawa and his staff. His office team is very polite and courteous. His entire staff always treats my family with respect and dignity. They are always timely and interested in my personal life.
Dr. Minagawa may be more expensive but is worth every penny. He also has extremely early appointments that are very helpful when returning to work.

Very friendly staff, detailed services, clean, just don't feel being in a dentist office. Above all, I love staff and their way to treat patients. Overturned my impression on dentists.

This office is the BEST office around. I interned there and I didn't want to leave. Dr. Minagawa gives high quality care and doesn't take shortcuts. He is so nice and conscientious and his staff is extremely caring, sweet, and fun. I am not kidding, this place is like heaven. These guys are not fake like some places. They are sweet and considerate to each other as a team. I've been in a lot of offices where they come off nice, but when you leave it's a different story. Not here!
