Dishonest billing, horrible and unfriendly customer service, unnecessary dental work, poor communication, terrible treatment, and unlawful bill collection practices. Worst dentist in Seattle!! AVOID!! These people failed to even communicate to me that I had gum disease, or give me any way to treat it. They also did unnecessary dental work and were dishonest with me about what they were doing, saying that it was necessary when in fact it was completely optional and then sending me a big fat bill for it. When I disputed the bill, they immediately sent me to a collection agency who then phoned my employer which is completely illegal under federal law!! AVOID THIS DENTIST!!
About Hygienist: Completely failed to tell me that I had gum disease. Also told me that the situation with my bleeding gums had stabilized thanks to her treatment. Turns out that was NOT true.

I picked Dr Voget because he was in my plan and close to where I live. Some things to consider. Cindy the front desk person seems a little scared. They over charged me and then sent me the money and the over charge was about 40%.
Dr. Voget seems like a nice guy but in the chair he is short, curt and they are rough. I can take a lot, but they left those cotton wads in my mouth way to long which caused some major gum soreness which took a week to heal.
About Hygienist: She is great and even put a topical on since I am sensitive to the cold.

I could not be happier with the treatment I get at Dr. Voget's office. His staff is very friendly. The office looks a little shabby and old fashioned. It's like visiting grandparents. The service is first-rate!
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Voget and any twinges of pain were immediately settled with the help some extra anesthesia. I had all four removed at once and no complications (dry socket, etc.). It wasn't at all the horrible experience that I had been warned it would be.

Dr. Voget and his staff are professionals! They are friendly and efficient. I could not be happier with the service I have received. I would recommend anyone to this office.
