I had crowns and fillings and inplants which have all failed and he refuses to pay back the money I spent for them since he's not good enough to have redo the work. He treats you badly if he has to redo his work
About Front Desk: the staff are very nice Dr. Berg is not

Brian Berg and his staff provide top-quality customer service to me. They work in a friendly, family-oriented environment, and they care about the health, safety and comfort of their patients.
They have worked with my insurance to make sure I get maximum coverage, and they go the extra mile to reduce costs and provide the highest quality at the lowest cost.
They have provided routine care for me, plus some cosmetic as well as necessary veneers to cover gum shrinkage. They have replaced gold crowns and helped with teeth grinding by making a night guard to reduce tooth misalignments.

His office staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgable. They are very helpful in planning my annual cleaning and check ups. Dr. Berg works very delicately and is considerate to the patients anxieties toward dentistry. He understands the fears associated with his line of work and makes his patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit. I appreciate that most about his temperment.

very professional, fabulous work, both of my children see Dr. Brian and Dr. Brian always calls to check on them when they've had a larger procedure, cares about his patients, always answers ALL questions before starting a procedure, I've had numerous root canals and fillings - excellent results.

Dr. Brian Berg is a wonderful dentist!! My daughter, now 5yrs old has been going to Dr. Brian Berg since she was 2yrs old. We have moved from Tacoma now living 45min-1 hour away from Dr. Bergs office and continue to go to him rather to a dentist closer to us. Dr. Brian Berg and all the staff in that office are wonderful!! My daughter gets excited when it's time for her check-ups, what a relief! He is so great with children and by far the best dentist around!!

Procedures include at least 10 route canals with crowns and bridge, 5 extractions, many emergency treatments for broken teeth and infections. Cost is relatively high, but worth the extra money, as it included IV sedation. Helpful with insurance, even billed as far back as allowed to recover money we paid for past dental procedures. Chair side manners are great, even has come in on his day off when needed. Never judgemental as other dentists have been. Hygenists have been great, quite gentle with cleaning, much better than others have been. Front desk is great, always greeted by name, never a wait. Work has been of the highest quality, nothing has had to be redone, all teeth that have been done still look good. If you have the extra money, I highly recommend choosing Dr. Berg. I will never go anywhere else.
